簡要規(guī)則描述：****年專項維修，對單筆維修金額為5（含）萬元以上，**（不含）萬元以下的維修內(nèi)容進行綜合修繕。 維修內(nèi)容主要包括：（1）室內(nèi)外墻面粉刷、修復等；（2）建筑屋頂、屋面修復，防水翻做等；（3）門窗及附屬設施更換、維修；（4）強弱電線路維修、布線等；（5）給排水設施、設備更換、維修等；（6）路面、地面修復；（7）其他經(jīng)批準需要維修的內(nèi)容。具體項目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應達到的具體要求以磋商文件內(nèi)容為準。
Brief Specification Description:In ****, a special maintenance project will be carried out for repair items with a single repair cost ranging from **,**0 yuan (inclusive) to **0,**0 yuan (exclusive). The maintenance work mainly includes: (1) interior and exterior wall painting and repair; (2) roof and roof surface repair, waterproofing renovation, etc.; (3) replacement and repair of doors, windows and ancillary facilities; (4) maintenance and wiring of strong and weak current lines; (5) replacement and repair of water supply and drainage facilities and equipment; (6) pavement and ground repair; (7) other maintenance items approved. The specific project content, procurement scope and specific requirements to be achieved shall be subject to the contents of the consultation documents.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人或非法人組織。
（5）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（6）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（7）擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.（4）With the construction project general contracting qualification level three and above qualification.（5）Have safety production license (valid period).（6）The person in charge of the proposed project shall have the qualification of registered constructor of Grade II or above in construction engineering specialty, have valid safety production assessment certificate, and have not served as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
