text-indent: **px; line-height: **px; font-family: FangSong; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">銀地(G)[****]-**號宗地屬房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)用地，參加競買的申請人須具有房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)資質(zhì)，自治區(qū)外注冊的房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)須具有一級房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)資質(zhì)，且在自治區(qū)建設行政主管部門備案。</p><p style="text-align: justify; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">本次國有建設用地使用權出讓在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上交易，即通過交易系統(tǒng)進行。凡辦理數(shù)字證書、符合競買資格、按要求足額繳納競買保證金的競買人，均可參加網(wǎng)上交易活動。</p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: **px; font-size: **px; padding: 0px **px; margin: 0px;">1.競買申請人購地資金（包括競買保證金、定金及土地出讓金）不得為借款、貸款、擔保、信托資金、資本市場融資、資管計劃配資、保險資金等違規(guī)資金，不得直接或間接使用金融機構各類融資資金，不得使用房地產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關聯(lián)企業(yè)借款或預付款，不得使用其他自然人、法人、非法人組織的借款，不得使用參與競買企業(yè)控制的非房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)融資等，并對上述要求作出書面承諾。（具體承諾模板登錄交易系統(tǒng)http://nxys.nxggzyjy.org查閱下載）。2.競買申請人及其控股的各個公司不得同時申請該宗地，并書面承諾其關聯(lián)控股的各個公司未參加本次交易。3.交易結束后，銀川市自然資源局對競買人資質(zhì)和競得人提交的資金承諾書及其相關資料組織查驗，由銀川市金融主管部門對競得人的資金來源進行審查，并出具審查意見。同時，由銀川市市場監(jiān)督管理局對參與競買人的資質(zhì)進行審查并出具審查意見。如查驗發(fā)現(xiàn)，競得人提供虛假信息、文件或隱瞞事實的，由出讓人取消其競得資格，并承擔相應的法律責任。4.該宗用地競得人付清地價款后**日內(nèi)由銀川市自然資源局向競得人交付土地；涉及地上、地下未知管線遷移及建筑垃圾和土方清運工作由競得人自行解決，費用由競得人承擔。5.考慮到該用地位于閱海湖南側，項目設計方案需充分考慮通風廊道，觀景廊道要求。由于該項目周邊配建有公配幼兒園，該小區(qū)不單獨配建幼兒園。相關要求以《銀川市人民政府辦公室關于印發(fā)銀川市促進3歲以下嬰幼兒照護服務高質(zhì)量發(fā)展實施意見的通知》（銀政辦發(fā)〔****〕**4號）為準。若企業(yè)提出申請，相關指標可按《銀川市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設局等**部門關于印發(fā)的通知》執(zhí)行。6.為完善擬掛牌用地周邊景觀環(huán)境，結合政府資金安排情況，擬掛牌用地西側及南側約**畝（以最終勘測定界面積為準）綠化項目由競得人進行立項，銀川市自然資源局按程序完成農(nóng)用地轉用報批后，按照無償劃撥方式為競得人辦理項目用地手續(xù)，并由競得人出資、按照銀川市林草和園林管理局要求實施建設，建設完成后無償移交銀川市林草和園林管理局。其中擬掛牌用地西側約**畝用地用于實施小微公園項目，每平方米造價不得低于**0元；擬掛牌用地南側約**畝用地用于實施景觀林帶項目，每平方米造價不得低于**0元。項目方案應由銀川市水務局及銀川市林草和園林管理局審核后實施建設。7.剩余價款于****年**月**日前繳清（其余具體事項按合同約定執(zhí)行）。 8.成交價款不包含其他行政規(guī)費（稅）。</p><p style="text-align: justify;
